Please indicate the number of additional legal copies you would like to order. We recommend requesting at least 8 extra copies, as photocopies are generally not accepted. You will need to send your original Deed Poll to all relevant record holders so they can update their records. In most cases, an original Deed Poll is required for the following:

Photocopies of Deed Polls will not be accepted by Government Departments (HM Passport Office, NHS), Schools, Banks and other institutions. Please ensure you have ordered sufficient Additional Legal Copies.
